Gate Titan V2 Basic Module Front Wired

Product description

The Gate Titan V2 Basic Module Front Wired is one of the best if not the best Mosfet available today and it is suitable for V2 Gearbox.

TITAN is Gate's flagship Electronic Trigger Unit, taking your airsoft game to the next level. Don't compromise and leverage the years of experience of many thousands of users around the world, making TITAN the best choice for advanced and professional players. Get a unique tactical advantage that suits your skills, thanks to the reliable MOSFET with tons of features like Hair-Trigger, BURST Mode, Active Brake, Binary Trigger, extremely fast Trigger Response, and other necessities.

One of the advantages of TITAN V2 is its 8 optical sensors. Unlike mechanical switches that are prone to failure, optical sensors are much more reliable. If you need even more control, choose one of the Nova Triggers - adjustable speed triggers designed specifically for TITAN V2.

Adjustable Trigger Sensitivity
Five optical trigger sensors allow you to adjust the sensitivity of the trigger. There is no need to disassemble your AEG. Just use the Tactical Programming Card or connect to the GATE Control Station App via Blu-Link or USB-Link to adjust the trigger to your preferences and skill level.

Fire Selector Modes
Two selector switches allow you to choose from up to 343 different fire selector modes, depending on the firmware edition. The following modes are available for selection*:

SAFE - prevents your replica from firing even if the safety lever is removed
SEMI - enables one shot to be fired each time the trigger is pulled
BINARY - allows you to fire one shot at the pull of the trigger and another shot at the release of the trigger
BURST - allows you to fire a predetermined number of BBs, which is very useful in MilSims and when using low-caps; there are 2 BURST Modes available:
Full - a burst is fired in its entirety, even if the trigger is released prematurely
Interruptible - the burst can be interrupted by releasing the trigger prematurely
BURST/AUTO - available in Full BURST mode only; allows a burst to be extended by any number of shots - if you hold the trigger down after the burst is fired, it switches to AUTO mode
AUTO - shots are fired as long as the trigger is pulled
SEMI Ramping - if the trigger is pulled very quickly, it switches to AUTO mode
*You can view the selector configuration options for certain firmware editions here.

Note: In case of Regional Lock only SEMI Mode is available. Please check the legal restrictions in your country.

2 Stage Tigger
Allows you to set two different trigger sensitivities. Slightly pressing the trigger gives SEMI or BURST fire. Further squeezing gives BURST or AUTO firing. Choose your sensitivity preference for each stage.

Pre-Cocking
Victory in the game is often a matter of fractions of seconds. Thanks to Pre-Cocking, you get a trigger response similar to that of a real assault rifle. This creates an initial spring compression, which significantly speeds up the trigger response.

There are two Pre-Cocking Modes:
AUTO Mode- the spring is automatically compressed after every shot
MANUAL MODE- set the Pre-Cocking values yourself.
*Now Pre-Cocking is fully operational in SEMI, BURST and AUTO modes.

Please note that using Pre-Cocking increases gearbox wear.

Magazine
This function makes it possible to simulate warehouses with a lower capacity than actually used. Depending on the Firmware Edition, it allows to set the simulation of magazine capacity from 1 BB to 250 BBs. Even if you have a high capacity warehouse, you can use this feature to really increase the realism of your game by simulating that your warehouse has a real capacity. After firing a predetermined number of BBs, you have to wait a predetermined amount of time before the next shot can be fired, as if you were really replacing an empty magazine with a full one. In the case of ADVANCED and EXPERT Firmware, you can also set a Low ammo warning.

Sniper Delay
It lets you set the delay between shots or series to simulate the delay from reload or recoil. You can set the delay to 0.2 s, 0.5 s,1 s,2 s or 3 s for ADVANCED Firmware and 0.01-5 s for EXPERT Firmware.

ROF (Rate of Fire) Control
Makes it possible to reduce the rate of fire of a replica. You can use stronger batteries and still have a ROF exactly the way you want it. Depending on the Firmware Edition, you can choose between Adaptive, Manual PWM, Manual Delay and Manual Delay + PWM

Adaptive - set the desired firing rate; the brake and delay are automatically adjusted to reach this value.
Manual PWM - set the braking force in percent between shots
Manual Delay - set the exact delay between shots in milliseconds
Manual deceleration + PWM - set brake force and deceleration manually

Smart Trigger
Gate knows how important a fast trigger response is during combat. That is why they have developed the Smart Trigger function. With it you can achieve a faster trigger response. It works with the ROF Control System. During the first shot, the microprocessor sets the ROF control to 100%. After the first shot, it switches to a previously programmed value (e.g. 50%). As a result, the first shot is fired with a full ROF and the following shots with a reduced ROF. The best results are achieved when using a battery with a higher voltage than standard. For example, if you are using a 7.4 V battery, you can replace it with an 11.1 V battery. In this way you will achieve a faster trigger response with the same rate of fire as with a standard battery.

*Only works if ROF is lowered using the power settings of ROF control.

Battery Protection
Protection against over-discharge of the battery. Modern LiPo and LiFe batteries are very sensitive to over-discharge. If you do not want to damage the battery and you care about its life span, this protection is indispensable. The microprocessor constantly monitors the battery voltage. When the voltage drops to a critical level, it will not allow discharge. The battery cell count can be detected automatically.

Low Battery Warning
When battery voltage drops to a predefined level, the motor will vibrate at regular intervals. The user is warned 5 times before the battery is discharged. Each warning is communicated by 3 vibrations: HIGH → MID → HIGH.

Active Brake
Adjust the braking power of the motor to your needs. Choose the brake value manually or set the Adaptive Active Brake. It brakes the piston in the front position, avoiding unnecessary stress and prolonging the life of the gearbox and its components.

Adaptive Active Brake - Automatically adjusts the braking force of the motor according to the setup of your replica. Extends the life of the motor and reduces heat by adjusting the braking power of the motor.
Manual Active Brake - Choose your own value of active brake according to your needs.

Equaliser
It enables a dynamic trigger point, allowing you to shoot even faster. Available in ADVANCED and EXPERT firmware editions.

Off - to fire the next shot, you must release the button until the selected sensitivity level is reached
2LVL - to fire the next shot, it is sufficient to release the trigger with ~40% of the trigger travel
1LVL - to fire the next shot, it is enough to release the trigger with ~20% of the trigger pull

Cycle detection
Thanks to the acceleration sensor, TITAN detects exactly where the cycle should end. Therefore, even the shortest activation results in at least one complete cycle. The optical sector gear sensor counts each tooth on the gear, making it possible to use any type of gear: Infinite Torque-up, DSG, SSG, 19-tooth and standard gears. In the EXPERT firmware, you can select the cycle manually.

Thanks to the cycle detection function, you get:

Automatic BURST - you do not need to set the burst time. You can set the burst between 2 and 10 shots.
Auto Pre-Cocking- Pre-cocking is fully operational in SEMI, BURST and AUTO modes and you do not need to set the Pre-cocking boost manually; you can simply set the Pre-cocking as high, medium or low
Full cycle: when Pre-Cocking is switched off, TITAN runs the gearbox through a full cycle, increasing reliability

Gate Titan has 3 different firmwares namely Basic, Advanced and Expert.
If you want to upgrade the Firmware easily you can do it via the USB-Link by connecting your replica to your computer or laptop and download it via your account on the Gate website.
