The 101Inc. Blackwater Paw Patch looks pretty tough especially with the Punisher logo and fits perfectly on an Admin panel of Invader Gear.

The warning is written in both English and Arabic and has Velcro on the back so you can immediately attach it to a Velcro panel. Blackwater is/was a private military organisation that mainly provided security for high-ranking Americans and the American Embassy in Iraq. This organisation does not have a very good reputation due to the many executions they have carried out.
