The raised MID-CUT shaft provides the necessary support for fast fast-roping without restricting freedom of movement. The upper used is a combination of water-repellent and tear-resistant suede and abrasion-resistant and breathable CORDURA® material. The waterproof and highly breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear laminate is ideal for use in temperate and humid environments. The 2-layer PU midsole with MONOWRAP® frame surrounds and supports the foot like an exoskeleton.
Certified as a work shoe according to EN ISO 20347:2012, the ZEPHYR MK2 GTX MID is antistatic and has a cold- and heat-insulating sole. The outsole is not only highly slip-resistant, but also resistant to oil, petrol and contact heat.

Lowa, een bewezen merk. De Zephyr mk.2 hebben mij tot nog toe niet teleurgesteld. Verschillende hikes mee gedaan in verschillende klimaten, zowel bij koud/nat als droog/warm bieden de schoenen echt top prestaties. Een hele goede all round schoen.
