Shipping & Returns

We send all orders with PostNL. For international shipments, PostNL transfers the parcel to a local postal company.

Shipping

• Does your order consist of products with different delivery times? Then we will wait until everything is complete before shipping.
  
  
• Sometimes a product may unexpectedly become unavailable or be delayed. We will do our best to inform you as quickly as possible by email or telephone. Would you like an update yourself? Feel free to send us a message.
  
  
• Do you have an account? Log in to view the status of your order. Is something wrong? Then you can submit a ticket via your account.
  
  
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. Letterbox post does not have this option, but is usually delivered within two working days.
  
  
• Within the Netherlands, your parcel will normally be delivered within 24 hours. To Belgium, it will take 24 to 48 hours. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday. Please note: we do not ship on Mondays. Orders placed from Friday 6 p.m. to Monday 6 p.m. will be shipped on Tuesday.

Exchanges & Returns

• You have 14 calendar days after receipt to cancel your order without giving a reason.
  
  
• The full order amount including shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days, provided the items are returned in good condition.
  
  
• We do not accept returns of items without labels. Please make sure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  
  
• You will be responsible for the return shipment costs.
  
  
• Would you like to return a product? Your order includes a ‘Thank you for your order’ flyer. The back of the flyer is our return form. Please fill it in as completely as possible so that we know how to process your return.
